What is the minimum order requirement for wholesale pricing?
To qualify for our bulk distributor pricing, we typically require a minimum order value of $500. For smaller quantities, standard retail pricing will apply at checkout.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Los Compadres Distributor ships to all 50 U.S. states. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and for established wholesale accounts, we also offer ACH bank transfers.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal.
